How do I return a product?

 

If you require an exchange or refund on your order, please contact customer services by email using our Contact Us Page

The team will need to create a RMA number. Please do not return the item without this as it will be returned back.

 

Including your:

- Full Name

- Order Number

- Reason For exchange/refund

- If you require an exchange/refund

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items which have been opened or any seals broken due to the products.

 

Refunds do not include the return delivery or delivery charges.

 

Please keep the receipt from your Royal Mail delivery until we have confirmed delivery of the order as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods.

Damaged Goods

 

If in unusual circumstances that your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support who can resolve this. The goods need to be returned within 14 days.

The team will need to create a RMA number. Please do not return the item without this as it will be returned back.

Faulty Goods

 

If in unusual circumstances that your product arrives faulty, please contact our customer support who can resolve this. Please do not dispose of the faulty goods as we may need to inspect these items.

The team will need to create a RMA number. Please do not return the item without this as it will be returned back.

 

Due to the nature of the products, we will only be able to accept returns of products considered to be faulty within 14 days.

 

Once the 14 days have passed, the product needs to be returned to the manufacturers for any repairs.

We have a 30 days Money Back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The team will need to create a RMA number. Please do not return the item without this as it will be returned back.

How do I cancel my order?

 

If you require a cancellation on your order, please contact customer services by email using our Contact Us Page

You have 30 days to cancel your order. We normally dispatch our items within 24hrs so once it has been dispatched, the delivery cannot be stopped therefore you will need to return the item for a refund in this case once it is received.
